It started with us.

Noshly Studios started with the two of us: a chef who lives and breathes food, and a creative who can’t stop obsessing over brands and design. Somewhere between kitchen trials and late-night brainstorms, we realized one thing: the best restaurants, cafés, and food brands deserve more than cookie-cutter solutions. They deserve experiences that people crave, love, and remember. For us, food is always the starting point. It’s what makes a brand real, and it’s where every story begins. But it doesn’t stop there. We think about how a guest first walks into your space, the menu they hold, the cocktail they sip, the coaster they pocket, and the memory they carry home. That’s the magic we want to create. We call ourselves a studio because we like to stay small, selective, and hands-on. Every project we take on is personal, we get deeply involved, we obsess over the details, and we build things that last. Ishita is the creative brain behind Noshly Studios, where every idea is tailored to the brand sitting across the table. She loves food (maybe a little too much) and believes it’s the best canvas for creativity. From designing menus that feel like stories to shaping brands that taste as good as they look, she thrives on making each project fresh, personal, and unforgettable. For her, food isn’t just business, it’s people, culture, and design.

Akshat Sengupta

Culinary Consultant & Co-Founder

Chef Akshat is the heart of the kitchen at Noshly Studios. A chef who cooks with equal parts passion and precision, he brings flavors to life in ways that feel both comforting and inventive. For him, food isn’t just about feeding people, it’s about creating moments that spark joy, curiosity, and memory. From crafting menus and signature dishes to rethinking plating and presentation, Akshat’s approach is rooted in love for ingredients and respect for the craft. He is the reason our ideas don’t just sound good on paper, they taste extraordinary on the plate.
