Project overview.

Atelier V wanted a menu that wasn’t just a functional list of food and drinks, but a piece of design that matched their identity as a global, cocktail-forward restaurant in Indore. The challenge was to make the menu feel elevated, tactile, and memorable, something that communicated both craft and culture.

Challenge.

At Noshly Studios, we believe menus are storytelling devices. For Atelier V, we designed a book-style menu that felt collectible, blending the sophistication of a fine-dining experience with the intimacy of personal storytelling. The book became a reflection of Atelier V’s philosophy: bold cocktails, diverse cuisine, and immersive experiences.

We thought beyond paper and typography. This menu was built to feel like an artifact, with weight, detail, and a design language that guests would want to photograph, flip through, and remember.

The Design

  • Format: A hardcover-style menu book, designed to sit beautifully on each table.

  • Aesthetic: Minimal, bold, and timeless, echoing Atelier V’s interiors and brand tone.

  • Functionality: Structured sections that balance storytelling with easy navigation for guests.

  • Details: Textures, photography, and typography that elevate the menu into a sensory object.

Result.

The menu quickly became more than just a functional element; it turned into part of the dining experience itself. Guests lingered with it, flipping through the pages as if they were engaging with a story rather than scanning a list of dishes. Its collectible, book-like format sparked curiosity and conversations at the table, while also becoming a natural social media moment that diners wanted to photograph and share. Most importantly, it anchored Atelier V’s positioning as a modern luxury restaurant, proving that thoughtful design can translate a brand’s cultural edge into a tangible, memorable experience. The menu didn’t just guide choices; it deepened the brand’s connection with its audience.
