Project overview.
Tiggle has built its reputation as India’s go-to brand for clean, delicious chocolate drinks. To expand its offerings and meet evolving customer demands, Tiggle wanted to introduce new flavours that felt exciting yet stayed true to its philosophy: tasty, healthy, and made with no-nonsense ingredients. The challenge was to craft flavours that balanced indulgence with innovation, while keeping the formulations clean and scalable.

Challenge.
Fo us product development is about more than just flavor creation, it’s about aligning with brand values and consumer expectations. For Tiggle, that meant months of research, tasting trials, and iterative feedback to ensure each variant not only tasted great but also reflected Tiggle’s promise of being clean, natural, and joy-driven.
We explored global inspiration while grounding recipes in what Indian consumers would crave daily, approachable, comforting, and a little indulgent.
What We Created
Mint Iced Chocolate Mix (55% Dark) – a refreshing twist with bold dark chocolate and cooling mint, crafted for iced indulgence.
Spiced Dark Hot Chocolate – infused with warming spices, designed to bring depth, nostalgia, and comfort to every sip.
Sugar-Free Hot Chocolate (Monkfruit-Sweetened) – a healthier alternative with no added sugar, using monkfruit to balance taste with clean living.

Result.
These new products positioned Tiggle as not just a hot chocolate brand, but as a category innovator. The iced chocolate tapped into the rising demand for café-style cold beverages at home. The spiced hot chocolate leaned into cultural familiarity, offering an Indian winter classic with a modern twist. The monkfruit variant opened up an entirely new audience segment, health-conscious consumers who still wanted indulgence without guilt.
Together, the launches reinforced Tiggle’s brand promise: clean ingredients, uncompromised flavor, and products that feel crafted with care. By introducing variety without losing authenticity, Tiggle strengthened its bond with loyal fans while welcoming new ones into the community.
